Nice atmosphere, clean, good location, relaxing lounge area, ample room area.

They would not give us the military discount because we booked on line. We will never book on line again. We picked this hotel because there was a restaurant on site, however they never mentioned that there was a wedding booked that night. We had a terrible night with all the noise from the band and the guests until 3:30 am. Nice Stay!!!

The hot tub
My room was located right in the lobby. The noise from other guests who were hanging out in the lobby outside my room late evening and early morning was disruptive to my sleep.

It was affordable, family oriented and clean! We had only one night, so didn't get to experience the entire hotel or area. However, it was accessable and a great price, including a breakfast in the morning. If I were to go back to this area, I would book there again.

The location!
The rooms are too noisy, they give way to the main hall, and at 3AM people were talking loud, screaming. I would not go bad because of that, a unpleasant night! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is ok, but the noise!!!

The hotel offers impeccably clean rooms with a hot tub and a bar. The services are friendly, including a heated pool. The location is great as it's adjacent to points of interest, the center, and the bistro.

Staff was very freindly and helpful with directions. Also the hotel was very clean.
The GPS directions was of and we had to ask at a gas station. It has a differnt address.

I really enjoyed Dunmore, the hotel was unique and nice in the middle of Jackson. The location was secure and great, within walking distance of Lost Trails. It was right by the downtown area, the motorway, and the Lost Trails.
